My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location is brilliant, being very close to a Skyrail station for easy access to most areas of Bangkok, the rooms were disappointing with issues like writing on the walls and lack of basic amenities. The lack of privacy in the gym could be a concern for couples and families. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the lobby boy who ensured we got a fair taxi rate.
